- As a professional athlete, you think you have to have a perfect lifestyle. Is not it difficult to combine a life of woman and a life of pro surfer?

I do not like the term "professional athlete" ... Let's say that women's longboard, it's still very hard to achieve professional status, to live the longboard. I think it's a sport that can allow you to "take advantage" of your life. I take seriously the trainings in longboard but that does not prevent me from having a good time with my friends in the evening. As long as you love what you do in your life or a woman in your life surfer "pro", you do not really have to make concessions.

- Do you think that as a professional surfer with a reputation, you represent an example?

I am aware that the image conveyed my way of life can feel like it. What is important for me is that people realize that I am above all a person like everyone else but I gave myself the means to succeed in longboard. I want a positive image to young people by pushing them to achieve their dreams.

- As a professional surfer, you are constantly in water, so your skin and your hair are the first victims of the sun. You're aware of the dangers of overexposure to the sun? (Note Surfing Prevention: Coline is phototype 2 ).

I quickly realized the danger of overexposure to the sun when at the meeting, I had scorched his face. My skin came off in shreds ... I told myself never again! Since I am very careful with creams I use. I use the sunscreen every surf session, especially if I go between noon and two, and I am careful to moisturize my skin at night or morning. I like all the cream with shea butter. They moisturize my skin dried up by the sun and sea water the same for my hair , I can not do without the after shampoo L'Oréal Solar Expert, After Sun Repair.

- In Australia, how do you protect yourself?

In Australia, I used sunscreen Zinc very thick. I had to bring back some tubes if I had known we did not find here! Advice for those who want to go on a trip to Oz, plan ahead level sunscreen!

- Regarding your diet, you follow a special diet?

I eat healthy and not in my nature to excesses. I do not have to follow a particular regime is not greedy!

- You can give us an example of meals you could cook?

I love to please my friends by cooking a good sausage Rougail of the world! This traditional dish is pleasant if it is shared!

- Regarding your hydration, you see only water?

I can not start the day before taking a glass of fruit juice or a coffee!

- What are your secrets to win online?

Raise and lower the steps of the Basque Coast several times a day! (Laughs) I assure you it works! This is my gym every day!

- Do you practice yoga or meditation ?

I practice yoga from time to time. Unfortunately not often enough because it is rare that I ask myself home, I'm always running around.

- Some girls use the famous " swiss ball ", you know?

My former roommate had an Australian in the house and sometimes they showed me some exercises to do regularly. They also gave me yoga classes elsewhere. I confess to not being diligent since I moved!

- Otherwise, you have the accessories of choice for training?

Nothing better than a good pair of basketball!

- Do you practice sports or other activities outside of surfing?

The season comes and my job takes me little more time. I fill my time with surfing. The rest of my free time, I see my friends to a restaurant, sometimes a tennis court.

- How did you prepare physically for the Roxy Jam?

I surf up to the competition site is the most important! I focus a lot on my surfing and my mind because I know that this is what I lack.

- You hem in associations?

I argued above Reef Check when I lived in the Meeting. Now, I try to get involved in Keep A Breast up. Cause they support moves me because I had family affected by breast cancer. In addition, their mode of communication I like a lot. They mold the plaster busts of pro surfers and other celebrities, before they are painted by artists and auction them. I find the great idea!

- Any last words?

My favorite expression: " smile is the beginning of happiness! "
